XMax's AI Pivot Drives Revenue Growth and Attracts Analyst Optimism

XMax Inc. (NASDAQ: XWIN), a furniture designer and health products maker, is rapidly pivoting to artificial intelligence, reporting $4.8 million in contracted AI revenue and targeting over $30 million within the next six to twelve months. The company’s AI platform, deployed in April with Cloud Alliance Inc., is now operational on AWS infrastructure and has already secured a one-year API agreement worth approximately $400,000 per month, with potential extension and talks with three other customers underway.

Equity Research, a Wall Street firm, initiated coverage on XMax with a buy rating, calling it “one of the most compelling small-cap AI platform stories in the current public market.” The firm highlighted the combination of usage-based billing and intelligent routing as key to scalable revenue growth. XMax has also launched aimax.com and ai.xmax.com, which serve as public-facing portals for its AI commercialization and reinforce its identity as an operating technology company. Equity Research sees a credible path for XMax to join the Russell 2000 in June 2026, which could trigger mandatory buying from institutional index funds.

Beyond AI, XMax has deployed $33.6 million into funds holding direct exposure to SpaceX shares, including a $5.6 million stake in Preamble X Capital I. With SpaceX targeting an IPO in late June 2026 at a valuation of $1.75 trillion to $2 trillion, this investment is poised for significant appreciation. Additionally, XMax has a $1 billion universal shelf registration on file with the SEC, providing firepower for expansion and acquisitions.

Despite headwinds in the furniture market, XMax’s legacy distribution business grew 12% year-over-year in its most recent quarter, with net sales for 2025 reaching $16.7 million, up 73% year-over-year, driven by a 102% increase in average selling prices. The company’s rapid evolution from furniture to AI, combined with strategic stakes in SpaceX and a substantial war chest, positions XMax as a compelling small-cap AI story.
