Following a successful debut, the restaurant will host a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony on February 4, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in partnership with the Cherokee Chamber of Commerce. The new location at 6764 Hickory Road is corporate-owned and represents a significant step in Surcheros' commitment to expanding its footprint across its home state of Georgia.

The Hickory Flat location offers the brand's signature menu items, including customizable bowls, grilled burritos, tacos, and quesadillas. Every meal is made fresh to order using premium meats and vegetables, ensuring a high-quality experience for every guest. The restaurant features a spacious dining area and a vibrant salsa bar for a personalized dining experience. Guests can dine in, order for pickup, or use third-party delivery services through DoorDash and Uber Eats. Surcheros also provides professional catering for groups of 10 or more, suitable for team lunches, family gatherings, or special occasions. The restaurant is open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
