SKYX Platforms Corp. (NASDAQ: SKYX), a smart home and AI platform technology company, announced it will deploy its advanced technologies during a master renovation of The Grand Hotel du Parc in La Bourboule, France. The hotel, formerly The Grand Medicis Hotel, is a designated historic property and part of Group OTT. The renovation includes rooms, suites, bars, restaurants, lobby, ballroom, spa, gym, meeting rooms, and corridors, with plans to add 30 rooms to the existing 100.
SKYX will supply thousands of units of its smart plug-and-play technologies, including ceiling lighting, ceiling fans, recessed lights, downlights, EXIT signs, emergency lights, indoor and outdoor lights, and wall lights. The company's technologies are designed to reduce up to 90% of the time and cost typically associated with hotel renovations or new builds, according to the press release.
Jean-François Ott, Founder of Group OTT, expressed excitement about integrating SKYX's technologies into the Grand Hotel du Parc and potential future collaborations on additional hotels. "By integrating SKYX's technologies into these properties, we will cut significant time and cost while advancing the lifestyle and safety standards of our hotels and buildings," Ott said.
