Royalty Management Holding Corporation Congratulates Advanced Magnet Lab on $2 Million DLA Grant

Royalty Management Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: RMCO) announced that its investment holding, Advanced Magnet Lab (AML), has been awarded a $2 million grant from the United States Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to advance the development and production of high-grade sintered NdFeB (Neodymium Iron Boron) permanent magnets for defense applications. The grant, along with a two-year contract for supply chain management and manufacturing, aims to establish a domestic, traceable supply of these critical components, reducing reliance on foreign sources.

AML's patented magnet technologies, including PM-Uniform and PM-Axial magnets, offer wire-like configurations that enhance thermal efficiency and power density in motors, improving the performance of permanent magnets. The DLA contract will support AML in optimizing alloy compositions and implementing advanced manufacturing techniques to produce consistent, high-quality magnets for the U.S. defense supply chain.

Thomas Sauve, CEO of Royalty Management, stated, "AML has consistently demonstrated that their technologies for magnet production are superior to the current paradigm of available options. With this grant, we are pleased to see that the United States government has recognized the strategic and commercial value that AML brings to the market." The grant underscores the importance of developing domestic capabilities in permanent magnet production, a sector currently dominated by Chinese manufacturers.

AML's innovations are designed to outperform existing Chinese technologies, offering greater manufacturing efficiency and superior performance while using less energy and more environmentally friendly methods. This aligns with national security interests, as the U.S. seeks to secure its supply chain for critical materials used in defense systems and advanced industrial applications.

Royalty Management participates in AML's growth through a convertible debt investment, which supports a sponsored research program. In return, RMCO receives royalties on all sales of products derived from technologies developed under that program. This structure allows Royalty Management to benefit from AML's commercialization efforts without direct operational involvement.

The DLA grant is a significant milestone for AML, enabling the company to scale production and meet the stringent requirements of defense contracts. It also reflects a broader trend of government investment in domestic manufacturing capabilities for critical technologies. For more information on AML, visit www.mitusmagnets.com.
