The new flavours are now available at the bakery's Brampton and Mississauga locations, as well as online, with same-day pickup and delivery across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
The summer collection expands the bakery's seasonal offerings, which have been a staple since the business first opened in 2007. The entire cake menu remains 100 percent egg-free and nut-free, a commitment that has defined the bakery's identity for nearly two decades.
Coconut Truffle combines rich chocolate sponge with silky ganache and a creamy coconut centre, offering a tropical twist on a classic chocolate cake. Tiramisu Bliss reimagines the Italian dessert as a layered cake, featuring vanilla sponge soaked in coffee syrup, espresso-infused cream cheese frosting, and a dusting of cocoa. Berry Biscoff pairs the caramelized flavour of Biscoff cookies with fresh strawberries, incorporating a homemade strawberry compote and finished with fresh fruit and Biscoff crumbs. All three flavours are also available as individual dessert cups for those seeking a smaller portion.
Rashmi's Bakery has maintained its egg-free and nut-free philosophy since its founding in Brampton in 2007. Founder Rashmi Chugh emphasized the importance of inclusivity in desserts, stating, "I strongly believe that every person, regardless of their dietary preference, has the right to a truly delicious cake. Egg-free and nut-free was never meant to be the compromise. We have spent nineteen years making sure it tastes like the opposite of one."
