The certification, announced July 28, 2026, reflects Doyle's completion of rigorous training, observation hours, and professional conduct requirements mandated by the NCDRC. As a Family Financial Mediator, Doyle will remain neutral during negotiations, guiding discussions without providing legal advice or deciding settlement terms. Instead, he facilitates communication and information exchange, allowing spouses to determine their own agreements.
Doyle has practiced family law in Raleigh since 2002, representing clients in divorce, property division, support disputes, custody matters, and separation agreements. Financial issues often dominate separation proceedings, involving assets such as the family home, retirement accounts, investments, and shared debt, as well as child support, post-separation support, and alimony.
