His work focuses on shielding American public infrastructure, particularly in Florida, by applying rigorous, mission-critical systems developed during his earlier career in Argentina.
Donadío’s background includes architecting Argentina’s National Electronic Invoicing System (AFIP), a project that modernized the country’s economy. This experience—handling national data flows with a zero-tolerance policy for error—has informed his current mission in the United States. Today, he applies these principles to protect the infrastructure of Orange and Osceola Counties in Florida, ensuring that local government frameworks operate with world-class reliability.
At eMerge Americas 2025, Donadío showcased real-world applications of his methodologies, focusing on Zero Trust Architecture—a security model that requires continuous verification. His custom-built APIs unify fragmented government data, breaking down data silos within public administrations. This has enabled Florida’s public schools and emergency services to access elite-level cybersecurity previously available only to Fortune 500 companies.
Donadío’s commitment to technological sovereignty is evident through his firm, Custom Creations Contractors. Since 2014, the firm has partnered with the St. Cloud Police Department, providing digital support for law enforcement operations. More notably, Donadío has delivered high-value proprietary APIs for vectorization, digital imaging, and mockups to public schools at no cost, redirecting hundreds of thousands of dollars from software vendors back into classrooms.
Donadío’s systemic vision extends beyond isolated problem-solving. He builds ecosystems, having consulted for Genexus by Globant and GDM. However, his focus remains local. “My mission is to ensure that the technology sustaining our society remains sovereign, modern, and secure,” says Donadío. “Innovating to protect what I love—my community and the families of this nation—is what drives my commitment.”
