PNE Group has been awarded a contract for the 'Oinville-Saint-Liphard' wind farm in France, marking a significant success in the country's latest tender round. The project, located in the Centre-Val de Loire region, comprises four wind turbines with a total capacity of 22 MW, and was selected among 39 awarded projects from a total of 144 bids representing 2.38 GW.
The tender, conducted under the PPE2 programme, was highly competitive, with only eleven developers winning projects. PNE France was among those successful, securing the wind farm after obtaining approval in May 2026, just in time for the tender submission. The approval process took only 15 months, demonstrating efficient regulatory handling. This victory follows closely on the heels of the sale of the 'Romescamps' wind farm, another recent success for the company in France.

The French government had relaunched tenders in early April 2026, shortly after publishing the multiannual energy plan PPE3, following a nearly one-year pause since July 2025. The timing was favorable for PNE, as the Oinville-Saint-Liphard project had just received approval. This achievement underscores France's role as a core market for the PNE Group and highlights the company's ability to navigate competitive bidding processes effectively.
