MediKeeper, a leading provider of wellness technology solutions serving health plans and employers, announced the integration of Wexer Virtual Fitness into MediKeeper Pro, giving customers built-in access to on-demand virtual fitness content through a seamless, single-platform experience.
With Wexer fully embedded within MediKeeper Pro, employees can access more than 1,500 virtual fitness classes directly through the MediKeeper platform without creating separate accounts or managing additional logins. This Single Sign-On experience reduces friction for users and supports stronger engagement across wellness programs.
MediKeeper selected Wexer following a competitive review process, based on the depth and breadth of its virtual fitness content and its competitive price point.
"Everyone should either be improving their physical fitness or maintaining it," said Dr. Tyler Amell, Chief Health and Strategy Officer at MediKeeper. "Wexer stood out because of the range of content available and its ability to help us remain competitive in the market while offering fitness programming that people love to use."
The integration supports MediKeeper's commitment to delivering high-quality, best-in-class solutions within a centralized wellness platform.
"Virtual fitness is an important component of a well-rounded wellness strategy. Having Wexer integrated directly within MediKeeper Pro makes it easier to offer our clients high-quality fitness content without adding complexity," said Britnee Bell of HealthDesigns.
Wexer Virtual Fitness is offered as an optional add-on to the MediKeeper Pro plan for an additional fee. Customers can contact their MediKeeper representative to enable the integration or schedule a demo of the expanded fitness experience.
This announcement matters because it addresses a key challenge in corporate wellness: low engagement. By removing login barriers and offering a vast library of classes, MediKeeper aims to boost participation in fitness programs, which can lead to better health outcomes and reduced healthcare costs for employers and health plans. The integration also positions MediKeeper to compete more effectively in the wellness technology market by offering a comprehensive, user-friendly solution that combines health risk assessments, wellness portals, and now virtual fitness in one platform.
