McEwen Inc. Schedules Q4 and Year-End 2025 Conference Call for March 12, Highlighting Financial Results and Project Developments

McEwen (NYSE: MUX) (TSX: MUX) has invited investors to join its fourth quarter and year-end 2025 conference call scheduled for Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. EDT. During the call, management will discuss the company’s financial results and project developments, followed by a question-and-answer session in which participants will be able to submit questions directly by phone during the webcast.

The announcement comes as McEwen continues to advance its portfolio of gold, silver, and copper assets across the Americas. The company’s gold and silver mines are situated in prolific mineral-rich regions, including the Cortez Trend in Nevada, USA, the Timmins district of Ontario, Canada, and the Deseado Massif in Santa Cruz province, Argentina. Additionally, McEwen is considering reactivating a gold and silver mine in Mexico.

A significant focus for the company is its 46.4% interest in McEwen Copper, which owns the large, long-life, advanced-stage Los Azules copper development project in San Juan province, Argentina. According to the last financing for McEwen Copper, the implied value of McEwen’s ownership interest is US$456 million. The Los Azules project is designed to be one of the world’s first regenerative copper mines and aims to be carbon neutral by 2038. Its Feasibility Study results were announced in the press release dated October 7, 2025.

Chairman and Chief Owner Rob McEwen has invested over US$200 million personally and takes a salary of $1 per year, aligning his interests with shareholders. He is a recipient of the Order of Canada, a member of the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame, and a winner of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year (Energy) award. His objective is to build MUX’s profitability, share value, and eventually implement a dividend policy, as he did while building Goldcorp Inc.

The conference call provides an opportunity for investors to gain insights into the company’s financial performance and strategic direction. With a growing base of gold and silver production and a significant copper development project, McEwen offers exposure to multiple metals in the Americas. The company’s commitment to regenerative mining practices and carbon neutrality positions it as a forward-thinking player in the mining industry.
