While same-day service is not guaranteed, most assistance can be arranged within a few hours. LoLo Care already has over 300 caregivers on the platform and is positioned to serve thousands of families in need of home care support.
To ease the administrative burden on adult children, the platform includes a central family coordination hub. This feature allows family members to invite relatives, share calendars, and review caregiver-submitted visit information. Whether siblings live in Wake County or across the country, the system provides shared visibility after every visit, reducing the pressure of acting as a full-time care manager. This launch marks the first step in LoLo Care's nationwide expansion, with the service currently available exclusively in Wake County, including Raleigh and surrounding areas.
The company's mission is to make aging at home stress-free, dignifying, and transparent by giving families direct control and caregivers fair, empowering work.
