The Legacy, Innovation & Virtual Estate Planning (LIVE) Coalition today announced that the National Law Review (NLR) has joined its growing movement to modernize the estate planning industry through technology. With a 138-year legacy and an audience of more than 3 million monthly readers and newsletter subscribers, the NLR brings significant reach and influence to the coalition’s mission.
Fewer than one-third of Americans have an estate plan, underscoring a significant access gap and the urgent need for innovation. The LIVE Coalition is advocating for public policies that modernize estate planning through technology, making legal services more accessible, affordable, and simpler for consumers.
