LifeQuest World Corp. (OTCID: LQWC), a diversified environmental solutions company, has provided a shareholder update highlighting new purchase orders for its BioPipe subsidiary and the pending acquisition of an environmental services company and its sister company.
The company's Philippines joint venture partner secured three new purchase orders for BioPipe decentralized sewage and wastewater treatment systems: a 5 cubic meters per day system for an EV distributor showroom, a 5 cubic meters per day system for a major international hotel brand, and a 10 cubic meters per day system for a national gas station network operating over 1,000 locations. An additional order from a university for a 20 cubic meters per day system was also noted. Management views the gas station order as particularly significant, potentially leading to a national-scale rollout.
In Europe, BioPipe units have been delivered to project sites in Spain and Crete, with completion expected in the second quarter of 2026. These installations represent a milestone for entry into the European market. Additionally, a BioPipe unit for a major European embassy in Ethiopia has been fully procured and awaits customer logistics arrangements. The company believes this high-profile deployment will catalyze further interest in Africa.
Regarding the pending acquisition of an environmental services company, LifeQuest confirmed it is on track to close in April 2026. The target company reported unaudited revenue of approximately $3.5 million and EBITDA of about $250,000 for the fiscal year ended December 2025, with recurring revenue of circa $350,000. The acquisition includes a Power Knot biodigester rental program, for which Oberon Securities has been engaged to raise up to $2 million in equipment financing to deploy biodigesters under a purchase-to-rental model targeting hospitals, hotels, and universities.
LifeQuest's management commented, "The expected acquisition adds immediate scale, operational depth, and multiple growth vectors to our portfolio. Combined with BioPipe's accelerating global commercial activity, we believe LifeQuest is building a unique environmental solutions platform."
