Esthetician Corlette Barrett has opened Lette's Skynn, a new salon located in Suite #214 of the Arlington Salon & Spa Galleria at 700 Six Flags Drive. The salon offers full-body waxing and signature facial services for men, women, and teens, emphasizing a comfortable setting and customized approach for each client.
Lette's Skynn provides full-face or targeted hair removal, including brows, upper lip, chin, and sideburns, as well as body waxing for areas such as underarms, chest, stomach, back, shoulders, arms, legs, hands, and feet. Services for intimate areas like Brazilian, manzilion, and bikini line are also available. The salon's "Glo Facial" package focuses on restoring natural radiance through skin analysis, cleansing, exfoliating, massage, toner, mask, moisturizer, and SPF application. Optional LED light therapy can promote healing, stimulate collagen, and slow skin aging, while high frequency machine use boosts oxygen, targets bacteria, calms breakouts, reduces inflammation, and promotes a healthy glow for acne-prone skin.
Ms. Barrett, who has nearly a decade of experience, trained at the Steiner Institute of Esthetics in Richardson, Texas, where she studied basic skin science, skincare and hair removal techniques, advanced treatments, safety and sanitation, and business management. She chose to become an esthetician because she has "always been into skin care and all things beauty."
Lette's Skynn is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 1:30pm and Saturday from 7:30am to 4pm, by appointment only to ensure privacy and individualized care.
