LATINAFest 2026: Celebrating the ‘UNSTOPPABLE’ Rise of Latina Culture and Entrepreneurship

The 9th annual LATINAFest, the nation’s largest outdoor festival celebrating Latinas, is set to take place on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at Jesse Brewer Park in Exposition Park, Los Angeles. This year’s theme, “UNSTOPPABLE,” underscores the remarkable growth and economic power of Latinas, who represent the fastest-growing major female ethnic group in the United States. According to festival organizers, the Latina population grew by 5.6 million from 2010 to 2022, and as of 2024, Latinas comprise over 22.2 million women, or 17% of all adult women in the country.

Co-founder Bel Hernandez Castillo emphasized that Latinas are not a trend but a strategic growth opportunity for businesses. “Marketing to Latinas should not be considered a DEI initiative by corporations, it is a strategy that is good for business,” she said. The festival, rooted in the belief that “Culture Is the New Currency,” aims to showcase the economic impact and cultural contributions of Latinas. Co-founder Naibe Reynoso added, “LATINAFest is more than a festival—it’s a movement. We are creating a space where culture, commerce, and community come together.”

The event will feature over 100 exhibitors and vendors, highlighting Latina-owned businesses that are fueling economic growth nationwide. According to Forbes, Latina founders are starting businesses at faster rates than any other demographic group in the U.S. Keynote speaker Loriann Serna, founder of Wife of the Party, will share insights from her two decades of producing celebrity events and weddings. Other highlights include an opening ceremony with choreographer Stephanie Stevens, who recently worked on Bad Bunny’s halftime show, an author panel featuring Reyna Grande and Julissa Arce, and a “Breaking the Silence” panel addressing untold community stories.

Attendees can enjoy live selling experiences powered by Viva Shop, morning yoga and wellness programming including sound baths and “limpia” rituals, art installations, musical performances, and tequila and mezcal tastings in a cocktail garden. The festival also offers salsa dance lessons and cultural experiences for families. With over 4,000 guests in 2025, organizers anticipate even greater attendance in 2026.

LATINAFest is supported by sponsors including Angel City FC, Square, AARP, and others. Lead-up events include the Taste of LATINAFest on May 16, 2026, in partnership with METRO, and a 5K Fun Run on May 30, 2026, sponsored by Angel City FC. Sponsorship opportunities remain available for brands seeking to connect with this influential consumer group.
