As part of this expanded mission, KSR is featuring PHESTUR, a hard-hitting trio from Akron, Ohio, known for raw, unfiltered energy. The band—frontman Adam Hines (vocals/guitar), Tim Large (bass/vocals), and Scott Munson (drums/percussion)—brings lifelong musical chemistry to every performance. Self-proclaimed originators of Rough Trade Rock, their gritty fusion of grunge, punk, and straight-up rock has earned them the #1 spot on SSCR Tampa radio charts and consistent top rankings.
PHESTUR's music is also gaining traction in film. The band was recently featured in the movie "Broken" (filmed in Cleveland), with their track on the official soundtrack.
