Ironman International Reports Strong Bidding Activity, Expands Services with New Pipeline Inspection Division

Ironman International Ltd. (TSX-V: IMI; OTCQB: IMITF) has released an update on its operations, emphasizing a robust bidding pipeline and strategic expansion initiatives. The company, which provides horizontal directional drilling and trenchless infrastructure services, submitted more than 220 bids in December 2025 and January 2026, targeting projects across British Columbia, Alberta, Northwest Territories, Alaska, and the continental United States.

The company’s strategy rests on three pillars: business fundamentals, growth, and strategic alignment. Its Directional Drilling segment experiences seasonality, using winter months for training and job bidding, while its Telecom segment, Lite Access, provides stable year-round revenues. CEO Michael Irmen stated that the company anticipates a strong workflow for FY2026, supported by a dedicated workforce, owned equipment, and an internal maintenance department. These factors enable Ironman to remain agile and deliver high performance on projects of varying complexity and terrain.

In a significant development, Ironman has established a new division called Ironman Pipe Inspection ("Ironman PI") to provide comprehensive inspection services for critical pipeline systems. This division will leverage the company’s background in civil works and existing customer network to support utility projects across North America. Ironman PI will also enable the company to conduct location services on its own projects, potentially preventing expensive delays. More information is available at www.ironmanpi.com.

Financially, the company’s Directional Drilling operations experienced significant growth in FY2024, driven by expansion into Alaska. Ironman plans to announce FY2025 revenues and provide guidance for FY2026 in March. The company has doubled its staff from the end of FY2024 to the end of FY2025, reflecting its reinvestment strategy. Additionally, Ironman’s common shares were upgraded to trade on the OTCQB Venture Market under the symbol IMITF, effective February 18, 2026.

The company also granted incentive stock options to directors, officers, employees, and consultants in November 2025 to align interests with shareholders. Ironman remains focused on delivering strong results through relentless execution, bold innovations, and disciplined expansion to build enduring shareholder value.
