Giotto.ai, the Swiss AI lab founded in 2017, today announced the launch of Giotto Cloud, a free cloud version of its general-purpose AI system, making advanced intelligence available to everyone without artificial usage caps. The move follows the recent release of its enterprise offering and marks a step toward the company's mission to become a civic AI infrastructure built in Switzerland and accessible globally.

The free cloud version is hosted in Europe on latest-generation NVIDIA B300 hardware, reflecting Giotto.ai's commitment to European technological sovereignty, data proximity, and the development of AI systems operable within European infrastructure while remaining globally accessible. Giotto Cloud provides a general-purpose reasoning system capable of supporting writing, analysis, research, document work, coding assistance, and everyday productivity. It builds on Giotto.ai's research in advanced reasoning and test-time compute, as well as its experience developing enterprise-grade AI systems.
The launch represents a different model for AI access: not a closed platform or solely a commercial subscription product, but a public-facing intelligence layer available to everyone.
