Genesis of Schererville has unveiled its new nearly 25,000-square-foot showroom at 5800 W Lincoln Hwy in Schererville, Indiana, a facility designed to reflect the brand's modern luxury ethos. The opening comes on the heels of Genesis's second-place ranking in J.D. Power's Initial Quality Study, a testament to the brand's rising prominence in the competitive luxury segment.
The new showroom embodies the Korean automaker's "son-nim" philosophy, treating every visitor as an honored guest. Expansive natural light, a dedicated interior Zen garden, and a hospitality-centered environment aim to create a serene, premium experience. Kelly Webb Roberts, president of Genesis of Schererville, emphasized the significance of the project: "This project has been years in the making, and it's the most premium facility our family has ever built in our more than 50 years of serving Northwest Indiana."
The facility is equipped with 12 service bays staffed by Genesis-certified technicians, and a glass wall allows customers to watch their vehicles being serviced from a comfortable lounge. Additionally, four Level 3 DC fast chargers are available around the clock, supporting the growing lineup of electrified Genesis models. The brand's vehicles boast features such as Nappa leather seating, OLED displays, fingerprint authentication, Remote Smart Parking Assist, and massage-equipped driver seats.
Genesis's ownership experience extends beyond the vehicle itself. "The Genesis Experience" program includes complimentary scheduled maintenance for three years or 36,000 miles, plus the Genesis Service Valet, which picks up and delivers vehicles for servicing. First owners of 2023 and newer models also receive complimentary Genesis Connected Services, including Enhanced Roadside Assistance and Remote Start with Climate Control. Warranty coverage is notably comprehensive: five years or 60,000 miles for the new vehicle and 10 years or 100,000 miles for the powertrain.

The new Schererville location consolidates operations from the former Genesis of Merrillville dealership, with all sales, service, and parts now under one roof. Existing service records and appointments have been transferred seamlessly, and the same phone number remains in use. The showroom carries the full Genesis lineup, including the G70, G80, G90 sedans; GV70, GV80, GV80 Coupe SUVs; and electrified models like GV60 and Electrified GV80. Future arrivals include the GV90, GV80 Hybrid, and GV70 EREV.
