Frontieras North America Raises Over $45 Million in Expanded Regulation A+ Offering, Set to Close Aug. 27

Frontieras North America, an energy and environmental technology company, has announced that its expanded Regulation A+ offering will close on Aug. 27, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT. The company has successfully raised more than $45 million from over 15,000 shareholders, marking a significant milestone in its mission to commercialize its patented FASForm(TM) Solid Carbon Fractionation process. This achievement follows the full subscription of its initial qualified ceiling, requalification with the SEC, and expansion of the offering to the $75 million statutory maximum.

The company previously closed its inaugural offering in April 2026 at the full $25.7 million ceiling and filed the same day to expand the offering. The expanded offering allows both existing and new investors to participate until the upcoming deadline. This capital infusion is expected to support the continued development of Frontieras' Mason County, West Virginia, project, which is anticipated to create approximately 2,000 construction-phase jobs and 200 permanent positions upon full commissioning.

The FASForm(TM) process is designed to thermally disassemble hydrocarbons in a reducing atmosphere, producing ultra-low sulfur diesel, naphtha, jet fuel, hydrogen, FASCarbon(TM), ammonium sulfate fertilizer, and sulfuric acid through a closed-loop, zero-waste process. This technology positions Frontieras as a key player in the transition to cleaner energy solutions, addressing the demand for abundant, affordable, and available energy through market-driven innovation.

Investors and existing shareholders can participate in the offering through the Aug. 27 deadline. For more investment opportunity information, visit https://ibn.fm/cqCRj.

Frontieras North America is focused on delivering clean-burning fuels, hydrogen, industrial carbon, and agricultural products from coal and other hydrocarbons. The company's innovative approach has attracted significant investor interest, reflecting the growing importance of sustainable energy technologies. As the offering closes, the company is poised to advance its projects and contribute to the energy sector's evolution.
