Moyles-Johnson, 41, holds a master's degree in business administration and brings over 15 years of international leadership experience in technology-oriented industrial companies. His expertise includes managing international research and production sites, optimizing financial and business processes, and implementing transformation and efficiency programs.
Henrik Christiansen, who has served as interim CFO since November 2025 and as a Management Board member since February 2026, will remain available to ensure a smooth transition. The Supervisory Board expressed gratitude for Christiansen's successful work, noting that together with COO Michael Spatny, he initiated important measures to stabilize operations and restore competitive strength.

His track record of success in transformation and efficiency programs makes him the ideal candidate to lead the company's next stages of development." Schubert added that Moyles-Johnson and Spatny will focus on improving profitability, strengthening market position, and tapping into additional growth opportunities.
Moyles-Johnson commented, "I view the innovative product portfolio, the company's international presence, and the opportunities to both streamline operations and successfully implement its long-term growth strategy as an exciting challenge."
