Fairchild Gold Engages TerraEye for Property-Wide Exploration at Golden Arrow

Fairchild Gold Corp. (TSX-V: FAIR; OTCQB: FCHDF; Frankfurt: Y4Y) has engaged TerraEye to conduct a comprehensive satellite-based spectral mapping and structural interpretation program at its 100%-owned Golden Arrow Gold-Silver Project in Nye County, Nevada. This initiative is designed to evaluate the entire property for mineralogical and alteration signatures, with a focus on underexplored areas beyond the known Gold Coin and Hidden Hill deposits and around historic mine workings.

The program will integrate satellite spectral analysis, image enhancement, structural lineament interpretation, and AI-assisted pattern recognition to generate a detailed mineralogical map of the property. TerraEye's results will be combined with Fairchild's existing geological, geochemical, geophysical, and historical datasets to refine exploration targets and identify high-priority areas for field follow-up. This approach is intended to unlock the full potential of the Golden Arrow project, which currently hosts a NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate of approximately 295,000 ounces of gold and 4.36 million ounces of silver in the measured and indicated categories, with additional inferred resources. The resource is concentrated at the Gold Coin and Hidden Hill deposits, which have been the focus of over 61,000 metres of historical drilling.

The decision to expand exploration beyond the known deposits comes as Fairchild seeks to leverage modern remote sensing technologies to assess the broader property. By understanding the alteration patterns and structural controls across the entire claim block, the company aims to prioritize targets that may host additional mineralization. The final technical report from TerraEye is scheduled for late October 2026, which will guide subsequent field investigations and drilling programs.

This exploration program is part of Fairchild's broader strategy to build a significant Nevada-focused exploration and development platform. The company's portfolio includes three complementary assets: Nevada Titan, Golden Arrow, and Carlin Queen. Nevada Titan is the flagship high-impact copper-gold exploration project in the historic Goodsprings Mining District, while Golden Arrow provides an established open-pit gold-silver resource within the prolific Walker Lane mineral belt. Carlin Queen adds further gold-silver exploration exposure near the intersection of the Carlin and Midas-Hollister mineral trends.

By applying advanced spectral mapping techniques, Fairchild is positioning itself to make data-driven decisions on where to allocate exploration resources. The use of AI-assisted pattern recognition represents a modern approach to mineral exploration, potentially revealing subtle signatures that traditional methods might overlook. This could lead to the discovery of new mineralized zones that significantly enhance the project's value.

The engagement of TerraEye underscores Fairchild's commitment to thorough exploration and its belief in the untapped potential of the Golden Arrow property. As the company integrates these new datasets, it will be better equipped to advance the project toward development or further resource expansion.
