Easy Environmental Solutions, Inc. (OTC: EZES) announced a strong start to 2026, driven by international success and increased demand for its organic microbial solution, Terreplenish. The company is capitalizing on a global nitrogen shortage caused by geopolitical turmoil in the Middle East, which has disrupted supplies of chemical fertilizers like anhydrous ammonia and urea. With farmers facing rising prices and stricter environmental regulations, EZES is positioning Terreplenish as a sustainable alternative.
CEO Mark Gaalswyk stated, “With the developments in the Middle East leading to a shortage of chemical nitrogen and escalating prices, we are prepared to meet farmers’ needs. We have the production capabilities, the distribution network, and a competitive pricing structure that will offset the price surge.” The company’s production facilities in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Florida ensure year-round access to food waste used in Terreplenish, a certified organic solution with LIVE ACTIVE microbes.
EZES is also deploying Easy FEN units, modular “Fertilizer Plant in a Box” systems that each produce over 2 million gallons of liquid Terreplenish annually using local organic waste. The first unit is scheduled to deploy to Africa this spring, allowing local production without reliance on external geopolitical forces.
Field trials across Africa, Central America, and North America have shown substantial yield increases for various crops. In Africa, trials in Ghana, Egypt, and The Congo demonstrated consistent results. Central American trials focused on flowers and turf for city beautification in Panama. In North America, successful trials in Mexico and Florida are expanding to corn, wheat, and garden vegetables. Additionally, EZES is continuing ash tree trials to combat the emerald ash borer, aiming to treat over 10,000 trees in the upper Midwest this spring.
To reach customers, EZES has initiated an aggressive marketing campaign. After being named a preferred partner for Mid States Distribution, the company attended Rendezvous 2026, engaging with over 800 retail outlets. It also attended the Golf Course Association conference in Orlando, meeting with over 2,000 golf course directors, and participated in the U.S. Composting Council conference. At the World Ag Expo in California, Terreplenish was well-received by over 100,000 attendees from 70 countries.
Director of Business Development Bill Bliler emphasized the importance of personal interaction: “These conferences provide a unique venue for personal interaction with our grower customers and distribution partners. The opportunity to meet, field questions, demonstrate, and understand the needs of our customers is immeasurable.”
EZES also announced the termination of a potential merger with Lifestyle Dock after due diligence, opting instead to develop an OEM supplier relationship. The company stated that the decision aligns with its long-term vision: “To convert waste into worth, while fueling the world, feeding the famished, and fostering environmental sustainability.”
