Datavault AI to List RWA Token Programs on Perpetuals Exchange Platform

Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT) announced it has entered into a Mutual Services Agreement and Statement of Work with Perpetuals.com Ltd. (NASDAQ: PDC) to list its real-world asset (RWA) token programs on the Perpetuals exchange platform. The agreement targets trading on regulated venues including PM MTF Ltd., an EU-licensed Multilateral Trading Facility regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. Initially covering the MTB Copper project, the agreement includes provisions for future expansion to additional commodity programs spanning gold, copper, geothermal energy infrastructure, U.S. strategic minerals and European iron-nickel resources.

Datavault AI stated that the agreement provides a regulated trading venue for tokenized physical commodity assets that have historically been accessible mainly to institutional commodity traders, large-scale investors and those with access to specialized futures markets. Three programs carry confirmed combined targeted issuance of more than $328 million. The broader portfolio includes GoldVault, Coppercoin, MTB Copper, Triton Geothermal and the American Strategic Minerals Digital Asset Program, with implementation expected in phases beginning with MTB Copper.

This development marks a significant step in bridging the gap between traditional commodities markets and blockchain-based tokenization. By leveraging a regulated exchange, Datavault AI aims to democratize access to commodity investments, potentially attracting retail investors who previously faced barriers to entry. The partnership with Perpetuals.com, a publicly traded company, adds a layer of credibility and oversight to the tokenization process.
