Datavault AI to Host Analyst Day, Outlining Blockchain and AI Strategy for Data Monetization

Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT) announced it will host its first Analyst and Investor Day on August 4, 2026, in New York City, where management will detail the company's strategic roadmap and demonstrate technologies underpinning its AI-powered data monetization and real-world asset tokenization platform. The event comes as the company seeks to capitalize on the convergence of artificial intelligence and blockchain technology to create new revenue streams from data and digital assets.

The centerpiece of the event will be a live demonstration of the Information Data Exchange (IDE), a platform designed to securely attach physical real-world objects to immutable metadata, enabling digital twins and the licensing of name, image and likeness. Management also plans to provide updates on the expansion of the SanQtum distributed GPU edge network, which is expected to scale to approximately 48,000 GPUs across more than 100 U.S. cities by year-end. The SanQtum network is integral to Datavault AI's high-performance computing capabilities, supporting AI and machine learning workloads.

Additionally, the company will discuss the pending acquisition and planned integration of the NYIAX advertising exchange into its broader blockchain ecosystem. This acquisition is expected to enhance Datavault AI's ability to tokenize and trade advertising inventory, creating a decentralized marketplace for digital ad assets. Management will also address the commercialization of its tokenization and exchange platforms, including agreements covering an estimated $800 million in real-world assets, and reaffirm its target of at least $200 million in 2026 revenue.

During the second half of 2026, Datavault AI plans to launch AI-enabled marketplaces for licensing and trading tokenized data, commodities, advertising, sports and entertainment rights, and other digital and real-world assets. These marketplaces aim to leverage the company's blockchain infrastructure to provide secure, transparent transactions for a wide range of assets. The company's technology suite, which includes WiSA, ADIO, and Sumerian for acoustic sciences, and Web 3.0-based data solutions, is customizable for industries such as sports and entertainment, biotech, fintech, real estate, and healthcare.

The Analyst and Investor Day underscores Datavault AI's strategy to monetize data through AI and blockchain, positioning the company at the forefront of the Web 3.0 data economy. By tokenizing real-world assets and creating decentralized marketplaces, Datavault AI aims to unlock value for asset owners and provide new investment opportunities. The event is expected to attract analysts and investors seeking clarity on the company's growth trajectory and technological advancements.
