Datavault AI Partners with Fiserv to Embed Banking and Payment Services into Digital Marketplaces

Datavault AI (NASDAQ: DVLT) announced today that it has selected Fiserv as the exclusive embedded financial services and payments provider for the company’s digital marketplaces and exchanges. Through Fiserv’s Embedded Finance platform, Datavault AI will integrate banking, payment and card programs into its ecosystem, supporting financial transactions across platforms including its planned NIL Exchange and patented Information Data Exchange(R).

The partnership is expected to provide athletes participating in Datavault AI’s NIL Exchange with payment wallets and debit cards to receive and manage name, image and likeness earnings, while buyers and sellers using the Information Data Exchange(R) will gain access to demand deposit accounts and card capabilities. The companies said the collaboration is designed to embed trusted financial infrastructure directly into Datavault AI’s marketplaces, streamlining commerce and expanding access to banking services for platform participants.

This move underscores the growing trend of integrating financial services into non-financial platforms, enabling seamless transactions within specialized ecosystems. For Datavault AI, integrating Fiserv’s technology addresses a critical need for secure and efficient payment processing in its data monetization and NIL licensing platforms. The NIL Exchange, in particular, aims to facilitate earnings for athletes, and the embedded banking services could simplify how those earnings are received and managed.

The Information Data Exchange(R) allows for the creation of Digital Twins and licensing of name, image and likeness by securely attaching physical objects to immutable metadata. With embedded financial services, buyers and sellers on this exchange can transact directly, potentially increasing liquidity and user engagement.

Fiserv’s Embedded Finance platform provides the infrastructure to integrate banking services into digital experiences, allowing companies like Datavault AI to offer financial products without becoming a bank itself. The partnership leverages Fiserv’s expertise in payment processing, card issuing, and account management.

Datavault AI is headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, and focuses on AI-driven data experiences, valuation, and monetization in the Web 3.0 environment. Its technology spans Acoustic Sciences, featuring WiSA(R), ADIO(R), and Sumerian(R) patented technologies for spatial audio, and Data Sciences, which provides solutions for data perception, valuation, and secure monetization.
