Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: CTTT) (OTC: CITLF) (FRA: X9V) has provided an update on its executed Letter of Intent (LOI) with H. Cegielski – Poznan S.A. (HCP), a subsidiary of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A. (PGZ), to establish a long-term strategic partnership for the production and deployment of the Nexus 20 autonomous platform in Central and Eastern Europe. The LOI, announced earlier, outlines a shared intent to combine CiTech's Nexus 20 technology with HCP's established manufacturing, integration, and support capabilities to address the requirements of the Polish Armed Forces and NATO's Eastern Flank.
The updated roadmap under the LOI includes a visit by Brenton Scott, CEO of CiTech, to HCP headquarters in Poznan to progress commercial, technical, and logistical arrangements, and the delivery of the first Nexus 20 prototype unit to HCP's Poznan facility for technical evaluation, training, and Proof-of-Concept demonstrations. Between May 20-24, Brenton Scott visited HCP Headquarters in Poznan, inspecting the various factories, with discussions now well advanced in establishing a long-term strategic partnership. The first Nexus 20 has now been dispatched to HCP's Poznań facility and will arrive late July 2026.
Under the LOI, CiTech and HCP intend to collaborate in production and assembly, establishing HCP as a manufacturing and integration hub for Nexus 20 platforms within the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region; technology transfer, facilitating the transfer of technical know-how to ensure high-quality local maintenance, training, and operational support; and strategic market expansion, leveraging HCP's position within the PGZ Group and CiTech's international partnerships to pursue government and defence contracts. The Nexus 20 platform provides rapid, autonomous telecommunications and surveillance infrastructure designed to support modern defence and critical security operations. By combining CiTech's advanced platform technology with HCP's industrial manufacturing capabilities and deep integration within the Polish defence sector, the partnership aims to deliver a world-class, sovereign-capable solution for European strategic clients. The partnership is expected to strengthen regional security by providing rapid, autonomous telecommunications and surveillance infrastructure for NATO's Eastern Flank.
