Cari McGee, a Tri-Cities Realtor, has been ranked the 43rd most productive real estate agent in Washington state by sales count in the 2026 WSJ/RealTrends Verified agent rankings. The ranking, based on verified 2025 sales data, recognized McGee for closing 52 transactions totaling $26.3 million in sales volume. This marks her second consecutive year earning a spot on the RealTrends annual list of top-producing agents nationwide.
McGee's 52 transactions place her among the top 1.5% of agents in the United States and make her the third-ranked individual agent in the Tri-Cities region. Her sales volume of $26.34 million also ranked third in the Tri-Cities and 163rd in Washington. Notably, the Tri-Cities area has some of the lowest home prices among major metro areas in Washington, making her volume achievement particularly significant.
