Beeline Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: BLNE) has reported a 57% year-over-year increase in net revenue for the second quarter of 2026, reaching $2.6 million. The company also narrowed its net loss to $4 million from $5.3 million in the first quarter, and improved its adjusted EBITDA loss to $2.6 million from $3 million. Operating margins increased by 9.4% sequentially, and the company ended June with $1.5 million in cash, $50.5 million in shareholders' equity, and no corporate debt. These results underscore Beeline's operational progress and financial discipline.
The company anticipates July to be its strongest month of the year in terms of revenue and operating margin, which is expected to be the highest since its inception. This positive outlook is driven by ongoing improvements in its mortgage platform and strategic initiatives.
In a significant development, Beeline has been advancing BeelineEquity, its fractional home equity offering developed in partnership with TYTL Holdings, Inc. The company recently announced a non-binding letter of intent to acquire TYTL in an all-stock business combination. This acquisition would integrate TYTL's blockchain-enabled residential equity and digital securities platform, which is expected to generate approximately three times more revenue per transaction. This move aligns with Beeline's strategy to innovate in the home financing sector.
Additionally, CEO Nick Liuzza has invested $500,000 in Beeline through a convertible note that automatically converts into common stock at the higher of $1.50 per share or the applicable five-day closing VWAP beginning Aug. 12. This investment demonstrates leadership confidence in the company's direction.
