Licensed Massage Therapist Amy Owens has announced the grand opening of her new massage therapy business at the Salon and Spa Galleria Oakmont Boulevard in Fort Worth, Texas. Owens, a United States Army veteran, brings six years of industry experience and a tailored, therapeutic approach to her practice.
Owens attended Lancaster School of Cosmetology & Therapeutic Body Work in Pennsylvania and has worked with chiropractic clients to aid recovery and enhance adjustments. She also possesses spa experience. Her focus is on helping clients experience the benefits of massage therapy, particularly pain relief and relaxation. "I went into this business to help others benefit from massage the way I have benefited from it," Owens said. "My goal is to create a personalized experience that fosters both physical relief and overall well-being."
As an independent therapist, Owens offers a variety of modalities and pressure levels, from light to firm, accommodating clients seeking relaxation or solutions to pain and mobility challenges. Services include Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, pregnancy, and hot stone massage, as well as ice globe and cold stone face massages, Himalayan hot stones, glide cupping, and aromatherapy. "During our sessions, I collaborate with clients to identify the most effective treatments that address their specific concerns," Owens added.
Owens is currently accepting clients by appointment only, with hours from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday and Friday, and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
