Affordable American Insurance (AAI) announced the appointment of Sandeep Gupta to its Board of Directors, a move that underscores the company's focus on strategic leadership and expansion within the property and casualty insurance sector. Gupta, who previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Keystone Agency Partners and Senior Vice President and General Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Liberty Mutual Insurance, brings extensive experience in managing large-scale partnerships and operational excellence.
During his tenure at Liberty Mutual, Gupta oversaw third-party strategic partnerships for the company's $22 billion Global Retail Markets US business unit. His responsibilities included sourcing, optimization, and account management of large P&C agencies and affinity groups, delivering over $1 billion in premium annually. This background positions him to contribute significantly to AAI's mission of providing innovative insurance solutions and exceptional service across its national footprint.
AAI President and CEO Chris Fernandez expressed enthusiasm about the appointment. 'We are thrilled to welcome Sandeep to our Board of Directors. His insight, strategic mindset, and dedication to excellence align perfectly with our vision for the future. We look forward to the impact he will make as we continue to grow and evolve,' Fernandez said.
As a board member, Gupta will collaborate with AAI's executive leadership team to guide strategic initiatives and support long-term value creation for agents, partners, and stakeholders. His appointment comes at a time when AAI is expanding its platform, which serves independent agencies across approximately 40 states.
Affordable American Insurance, founded in 2005, operates as a scaled insurance agency network platform designed to support and grow high-quality independent P&C agencies. The company offers centralized operational, legal, and technology support, access to a national array of carrier appointments, enhanced commission economics, and profit-sharing programs. Additionally, AAI runs a Retail Agency Division that writes and services its own book of business through a dedicated support team.
This strategic board addition is expected to enhance AAI's ability to navigate the evolving insurance landscape and capitalize on growth opportunities. For further information about Affordable American Insurance, visit www.insuranceAAI.com.
