ADM Endeavors, Inc. (OTCQB: ADMQ), a vertically integrated provider of custom apparel and uniforms, announced that its subsidiary Just Right Products has been selected for two new city uniform contracts. One contract is with a city of approximately 40,000 residents, while the other is with a city whose population exceeds 1 million, according to U.S. Census Bureau estimates. This would be the largest municipality the company has served to date. Both contracts are pending approval by their respective city councils.
Marc Johnson, CEO of ADM Endeavors, expressed enthusiasm about the achievement, noting that the larger contract has been a goal for over seven years. "This is exactly what we have been working toward," he said. "The larger of these two cities is a little personal for me. We have been pursuing this account for more than seven years, and winning it validates all the hard work our team has put in."
Municipal uniform contracts are awarded through a rigorous competitive procurement process. Cities evaluate proposals based on price, product quality, service, and delivery capability. For a city of this magnitude, the requirements are among the most demanding in the public sector, and few suppliers can meet them. ADM Endeavors believes its selection reflects its proven track record with 17 Texas cities, 12 independent school districts, 5 colleges, and 3 counties, as well as the capacity of its 100,000-square-foot Fort Worth production facility and years of persistent engagement with the account.
Cities with populations exceeding 1 million employ thousands of uniformed personnel across various departments, including public works, water utilities, parks, code compliance, and transportation. These departments require new apparel annually, making such contracts highly valuable and recurring. If approved, this contract would represent the most significant municipal opportunity in the company's history.
The second contract, with a city of approximately 40,000 residents, aligns with the company's existing municipal customer base. Together, these awards would bring ADMQ's total to 19 Texas cities. Both contracts are subject to city council approval and the execution of final documents. Municipal uniform contracts typically span multiple years, with orders placed as needed, so revenue will depend on order volumes over the contract's life.
This announcement follows recent momentum for the company. On September 3, the company reported that eight city fire departments had placed orders with Just Right Products after its first appearance at the 2026 Tarrant County Fire and Arson Investigators Association Conference. In August, ADM Endeavors reported a return to profitability for the second quarter of 2026. According to its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q, revenue increased 11.4% to $1,307,924, promotional products revenue grew 19.7%, and net income reached $62,061 versus a net loss of $(69,110) in the prior-year period, with no dilution to shareholders.
Johnson emphasized the strategic importance of the company's investment in its Fort Worth facility. "An account of this size is the reason we invested in our Fort Worth facility. The capacity is in place, the team is in place, and we are ready to begin the day the councils give their approval. Public-sector customers renew, and they refer. Every city we add makes the next one easier to win."
ADM Endeavors, through its subsidiary Just Right Products, operates multiple divisions including FW Promo and Academic Outfitters, serving corporate, municipal, school, government, public-safety, and organizational customers across the United States from its Fort Worth facility. The company's forward-looking statements involve risks and uncertainties, including potential delays in contract approval or execution, absence of minimum purchase requirements, and municipal budget decisions. The company remains optimistic about its growth trajectory in the public sector.
