ADM Endeavors Returns to Profitability in Q2 2026 as Revenue Grows 11% and New Facility Drives Efficiency

ADM Endeavors, Inc. (OTCQB: ADMQ), a vertically integrated provider of custom apparel, uniforms, promotional products, and fulfillment services, announced its financial results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2026. The company achieved a significant milestone by returning to profitability in the second quarter, with net income of $51,476 compared to a net loss of $(69,110) in the same period last year. This turnaround is attributed to an 11.4% increase in revenue to $1,307,924, driven by new customer sales from its expanded 100,000-square-foot facility in Fort Worth, Texas.

The new facility, which is approximately 5.8 times larger than its predecessor and designed to support up to five times the previous production capacity, has enabled ADM to consolidate its operations under one roof, leading to a 6.7% reduction in general and administrative expenses. Marc Johnson, CEO of ADM Endeavors, stated, "The second quarter marked the inflection point we have been building toward. Our new facility is doing exactly what we designed it to do. Its expanded capacity and visibility are winning new customers, while operating under one roof is bringing our overhead down."

Promotional products revenue, a key segment, grew 19.7% to $1,208,576, up from $1,009,425 in the prior-year quarter. Operating income improved to $39,102 from an operating loss of $(59,901). The first half of 2026 saw revenue increase 11.1% to $2,332,544, with the operating loss narrowing by 44% to $(118,422). While the company reported a net loss of $(80,598) for the first half, this compares to net income of $34,345 in the prior year, which included a one-time insurance gain of $264,514. Excluding that gain, the company's operating performance improved significantly.

The consolidation into the new facility was completed in March 2026 after receiving the Certificate of Occupancy. The retail buildout within the facility is in its final stages, expected to expand walk-in and workwear revenue opportunities. The company has also secured new contract awards and renewals, including a uniform program for a Lockheed Martin division and a bid award from Dallas College, as announced on July 21, 2026. These contracts are beginning to contribute to revenue, with no single customer representing more than 10% of revenue in the first half of 2026.

In June 2026, Calvin Tsang was appointed Chief Financial Officer to support the company's next phase of growth. The company maintains a strong balance sheet with no shareholder dilution during the period, as common shares outstanding remained unchanged at 158,520,409.

The second quarter results demonstrate the successful execution of ADM's strategic expansion. With the new facility driving operational efficiencies and the back-to-school season underway, the company believes it is well positioned to build on this momentum in the second half of 2026.
